Orders are processed and shipped via FedEx Monday to Friday when placed by cutoff time or the following business day when placed after cutoff. Some orders may require additional validation that can take 24-36 hours, which may delay delivery. For orders with two or more items, items may ship separately. Carrier will make 3 delivery attempts before returning the shipment to our warehouse. Please note, a signature is required for all deliveries.

Reduced Carbon Delivery: Free for all orders. Orders placed by 4pm ET Monday - Friday will deliver in 1-5 business days with the least impact on the environment.

Standard Delivery: Free for all orders. Orders placed by 4pm ET Monday - Friday will deliver in 1-7 business days. Most orders deliver in 1-3 business days. Items transferred from Europe can take up to 7 business days. Pre-order deliveries may vary.

Next Business Day Delivery: $20; Free for orders $3,000 and above. Orders placed by 12:30pm ET Monday - Friday deliver the following business day. Exclusions apply.



RETURNS

Free returns and exchanges via FedEx for online orders within 30 days from the date of delivery. Refunds will be processed within 7 to 10 business days upon reception to our warehouse. Exchanges can be done on an item’s size or color by filling out our return form.

How do I cancel/modify an order?
Once the order is successfully placed on the OGR official website, the recipient's information can not be modified after shipment. Also, our goal is to get your order shipped as quickly as possible.
Therefore, if you want to cancel the order before it is shipped, please send an email to info ogrgf@ogrstore.com to apply for cancellation
It should be noted that cancellation of the order is not supported after the order has been shipped.

How will I be notified that an item is back in stock?
You can subscribe to our email list to be notified by email when we restock for the first time. The subscribe button is located at the bottom of our official website. Or you can follow us @ogr_mecha on Instagram for more info.

Can I exchange an item if it is unsuitable?
Items cannot be exchanged but can be returned.
If the product is returned as an OGR return product and is eligible for a refund, you will receive a full refund and you can select to reorder the appropriate item.

• To care for this product, wipe it with a soft, dry, natural-colored cloth.
• If it comes into contact with liquids, wipe it immediately and leave it to dry in fresh air.
• Do not use neutral or aggressive chemicals to clean.
• Do not machine wash. Instead, we recommend seeing a cleaning specialist.
• Do not expose this product to direct sources of heat or sunlight for prolonged periods.
• After each use, we advise keeping it in its pouch and box to protect it from light, dust, and moisture.
• To preserve their original shape, fill shoes with white tissue pape
